The Big Half follows a stunning 13.1 mile closed-road course, starting by London's iconic Tower Bridge and finishing at Cutty Sark in Greenwich.

I'm running it for an incredible charity who change lives through music. We have seen first hand how important the work they do is. 

They support people of all ages and with all needs, helping them express themselves, and gain confidence and improved mental well-being.

They provide many groups free of charge and provide subsidies to keep charges low and bursaries for families on low income or benefits. But demand is growing, and more clients and families are seeking bursaries.
